The Just Us Project provides support, assistance,
counseling and referrals for HIV positive African-Americans, regardless
of gender, sexual orientation, age or background. The project's
mission is to help African-Americans and all people of African descent
living with HIV, improve their quality of life and prevent new infections
within our community.

Our services include peer education. Our peer
educators are HIV positive African-Americans who can help others
navigate as they seek assistance, explore treatment options or just
need someone to talk to. They are trained and provide services in
a confidential, compassionate manner. Our Just Us Project workshops
provide discussion and understanding of treatment options and how
to be proactive with medical providers. They also address substances,
diet, relationships, love, family and their impact on staying healthy.
