The Just Us Project provides support, assistance,
counseling and referrals for HIV positive African-Americans, regardless
of gender, sexual orientation, age or background. The project's
mission is to help African-Americans and all people of African descent
living with HIV, improve their quality of life and prevent new infections
within our community.

Prevention is the key to stopping the spread of HIV in our community. People living with HIV have difficulty sometimes telling their HIV status to potential partners. We are there to help them with this process and help them recognize that there is romance, intimacy and love after an HIV diagnosis. Preventing the spread of HIV to a negative partner is the most important part of that process.
