The Client Services Team provides case management, support and assistance to help people living with HIV access medical care, treatment , financial assistance and other services they need to live a healthy life. If you are having difficulty accessing services, they can help you. If you are having trouble understanding your treatment, they can make it easier to understand. If you are unable to make it to an important appointment or just want someone to accompany you, they can help.

Cinzia Ayite is the Program Manager for the Community Without Walls program, providing case management, support, referrals, housing, counseling and financial assistance for HIV positive men who are incarcerated with a release date within three months, or recently released from incarceration. Cinzia provides services in French as well as English.
Khalil Halim, Client Services Supervisor, supervises the team. He also provides prevention counseling for people living with HIV who may have difficulty sharing their status with an intimate partner.
Ilhan Ahmed, Program Manager for the Home Away from Home program, provides case management, support and assistance for African immigrants living with HIV. Ilhan provides services in English, Somali and Spanish.
Client Advocate Anthony Drayton provides transportation and assistance to help clients access their medical or social service appointments. He also is responsible for helping clients access food banks, obtain identification, or be picked up from county jails or state prison buses for their intakes.
Case Manager/Intake Associate Jeff Lewis provides the point of entry for new clients, gathering their information and documentation, informing them of medical and treatment options, and making them aware of ITAV as well as other services that be of assistance to them.
Veronica Ledezma, Case Manager, helps clients navigate the medical and social service systems while helping them to put together a measurable, attainable plan of action for becoming healthy and independent. Veronica provides services in Spanish as well as English.
Case Manager Gerald Borden (not shown) works in our collaboration with Brother Jeff's Community Health Initiative providing case management and assistance to clients in the Five Points area.
